Web apps & PWAs
Apps without the app store.
Web apps that open from a link and install to the home screen like any other app — on iPhone, Android and the office laptop, from one build. No store, no approval queue, and updates land the moment we ship them. Ideal for the tools your business actually runs on: bookings, job sheets, quotes, stock, rotas, customer portals.
Fixed quote, agreed upfront — 50% launch discount · Usually quicker and cheaper than a native app
What you get.
- One build, every device. Runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop, and installs to the home screen with its own icon and window. Nobody has to download anything.
- No app store in the way. Share a link and people are in. No review queues, no store fees, no waiting a week for a fix to go live.
- Works offline where it matters. Keeps going when the signal drops on site or in the van, then syncs when it's back. Push notifications too, on Android and iPhone.
- Built to be yours. Your domain, accounts in your name, clean documented code. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.

We find the question
A free chat about the job the app has to do and who'll be using it. Then a fixed quote and timeline in plain English. You'll know the price before you commit to anything.

2
Design sprint
A focused week that turns the idea into something clickable you can put in front of the people who'll actually use it — before a line of code is written.

We ship, measure, decide
A lean first version live on your domain in weeks. Your team installs it from a link. We watch what gets used, then look at the numbers together before deciding what to build next.
Common questions.
What is a PWA?
A progressive web app: a website that behaves like an app. It opens from a link, installs to the home screen with its own icon and window, keeps working when the signal drops, and can send notifications. Your customers and staff never need to know the term — to them it's just the app.
Web app or App Store app?
A web app when it's a tool for your business — bookings, job sheets, quotes, stock, rotas, a customer portal — and it has to work on everyone's device without asking them to download anything. A native app when you need deep access to the phone's hardware, App Store discovery, or when the app is the product itself. We'll tell you which in the first conversation, and more often than not it's the web app.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Safari on iPhone supports home-screen install, offline use and push notifications. A few things behave differently from Android and we design round them.
How much does a web app cost?
A fixed quote after one conversation, and the price we give you is the price you pay. It's usually less than a native app — one build covers every device and there's no store process to pay for. 50% off while we're new.
Can it connect to the software we already use?
Usually, yes — accounting, calendars, CRM, spreadsheets, payment providers. Tell us what you use and we'll tell you what's straightforward and what isn't.
What happens after launch?
Our care plans cover hosting, monitoring, updates and small fixes. Most clients move onto one — we don't vanish.
Let's have a chat.
Thirty minutes, free, no obligation. Tell us what the app needs to do and we'll tell you what it takes — and what it costs.
