Is this a consultancy report thing?
No. You get opinions you can act on, not a 40-page deck. If something needs a document, it'll be short enough to read with a coffee.

Can advisory turn into build work?
Often it does. When it makes sense, we quote the project fixed and separately — advisory never obliges you to build with us.
