Used for voice-based invoice and estimate creation. Audio is sent to our server, transcribed via OpenAI Whisper, and deleted after processing. The App only accesses the microphone when you actively choose to record.

Used to import client information from your device address book. Contact data is only accessed when you explicitly choose to import a contact. We do not access your contacts in the background.

5.3 Camera and Photo Library

Used to upload or capture your business logo for display on invoices and estimates.

You can export all your data at any time through the App's settings.

6.2 Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data through the App's settings. This action is irreversible.

You can update your business information, client data, and other records directly within the App.

We do not send marketing emails. All communications are service-related.

You can revoke microphone, contacts, or camera permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking permissions may limit certain features of the App.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Voice recordings used for AI transcription are deleted immediately after processing and are not retained.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we use Mixpanel's EU data residency option to keep analytics data within the EU.
